The history of plastics processing
Pekago Kunststoffen BV was founded in 1983 and initially focused on the production of polyester products. Some years later, production using polyurethane (RIM) and vacuum forming was added. These days, Pekago – now operating under the name of Pekago Covering Technology – produces injection-moulded products (since 1992) and TFC/SFM products (since 1998).
In 1998, owner Peter Kuijpers sold the business to VADO. Since 2010, Pekago focuses on the injection moulding, TFC and coating of large plastic components using e.g. 1,500- and 2,100-tonne injection moulding machines.
Partnerships
Pekago works together closely with various international suppliers, in order to produce optimal products for its clients. These include plastic granulate suppliers, mould producers and coating suppliers.
Pekago’s sales market
Although most of our clients are based in the Benelux and Germany, we supply injection moulded and TFC/SM parts to clients throughout Europe and the United States.
